Because of their nature, these products are delivered electronically and become accessible immediately upon purchase, which means they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once accessed.

We understand, however, that special circumstances may arise. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive, while also protecting the integrity of our digital content. In some cases, we do offer refunds, but only under specific and verifiable conditions. A refund may be issued if you were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate transaction), if a technical error on our platform caused you to be charged incorrectly, or if you were unable to access your product due to a confirmed issue on our side, such as a broken link or failure in delivery.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Refund requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. When reaching out, please include your full name, the email address used for the order, your order confirmation or payment receipt, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will carefully evaluate your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Please note that refunds cannot be granted in the following situations: if you changed your mind after the purchase, if you expected a different result from using the product (such as specific weight loss, strength, or energy levels), or if you did not use, start, or complete the product you purchased. Since our programs are self-paced and accessible on demand, we are unable to verify non-use as a reason for refund.
